1. Scope of the personal data protection policy.

This personal data protection policy covers any data processing that may occur when browsing or interacting with any of our websites or social networks in which we may have a presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). At the end of this document, special information is specified in the case of the use of social networks.

It will also apply to any internal procedure of KUROSHIO SL. that requires the collection of data, whether in paper forms or any other system.

4. What Personal Data is collected and what is its purpose?

From KUROSHIO SL. We can record telephone conversations with our clients and/or potential clients, in order to improve the quality of our services.

Categories of data processed: Name and surname, email, telephone number and voice.​

Purpose and legitimacy: To evaluate and improve customer service, improve the quality of the responses we offer to clients and/or potential clients and respond to their requests, as well as to resolve any dispute or misunderstanding in future interactions.

Legitimation: Legitimate interest of KUROSHIO SL.

Origin of the data: From the interested party when contacting us by telephone.

Data communication: Data will not be communicated to third parties, except under legal obligation.

Conservation period: Recordings may be kept for a maximum period of six months. However, they may be kept for a longer period of time, in the event of events that may be required by the competent public authorities.

4.1. We detail the personal data that we collect directly from you, as well as its purposes:

Creating your account and purchasing

  • Data: name, surname, email and date of birth. Likewise, at the time of purchase we may ask the user for the following data: full address and banking, economic or financial data (credit card data, bank account data and information about their finances).

  • Purpose and legitimacy: Creation of the account to correctly provide the service, be able to place and deliver orders, send satisfaction surveys to collect user feedback and improve their purchasing experience, etc. The legitimacy for creating the account is that of consent and the execution of a contractual relationship between the user and KUROSHIO to be able to place the requested orders. Payment without creating a User account

  • Data: name, surname, telephone number, email, date of birth and full address.

  • Purpose and legitimation: perfection of the purchase transaction without creating a user account, legitimized by the consent of the owner.

Other purposes related to the use of the collected data:

6. Posting photos or videos on the website or social networks

In order to publish photographs or videos of our employees, clients, users or minors on the website or social networks, as well as to collect data to carry out a contest or process any other personal data, we first obtain the prior, explicit, indisputable and informed consent of the owner which, in the case of minors under 14 years of age, is granted by the parents or legal guardians.

The processing of these photos will be strictly limited to the purpose for which consent has been given.

KUROSHIO SL., warns the User that, unless there is a legally constituted representation, no user may use the identity of another person and communicate their personal data, so the User must at all times bear in mind that they can only provide personal data corresponding to their own identity and that is adequate, pertinent, current, accurate and true.

7. How long do we keep your data?

KUROSHIO SL keeps your Personal Data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

 

If we receive your CV, your data may be kept for two years for future selection processes.

In the case of social networks, all information and content published by the user will be communicated and shared with the rest of the users who consult this social network, due to the very nature of the service.

 

8.1. International data transfer

Occasionally, some of KUROSHIO SL.'s suppliers may have their servers outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Therefore, we inform the user that in the event that their data is transferred or stored outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the user will be expressly accepting the necessary international transfer of data to the international servers of said KUROSHIO SL. providers, the sole purpose being the storage of the data on the servers in order to provide the service.

 

In any case, all international transfers will be carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), after evaluating the circumstances of the transfers and the complementary measures that we will apply, as well as the guarantees that we will require from these providers to ensure an adequate level of protection of the transferred data.

9. Security measures

KUROSHIO SL. ensures the absolute confidentiality and privacy of the personal data collected and has therefore adopted essential security measures to prevent alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access and thus guarantee its integrity and security.

The User undertakes to make diligent use of and not to make available to third parties his/her username and password, and also undertakes to notify KUROSHIO SL. as soon as possible and in any case, within two (2) days of any theft, loss or risk of third party access to his/her username.

10. What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

Any person may withdraw their consent at any time, once it has been given for the processing of their data. In no case does the withdrawal of this consent condition the execution of the subscription contract or the relationships generated previously.

This privacy policy is available in different languages, to adapt to the language of the different users who can access the website. In the event of any doubt in the interpretation or contradictions between versions, the document that will govern for interpretation purposes will always be the privacy policy in Spanish.
